A convenient way of getting protein post workout. Powerbar follows the guideline that 24 grams of protein is the ideal amount of protein after a training session. I would not recommend using this as a form of supplemtation during workout, too much protein digestion will decrease workout intensity. Should be used post workout with additional carbohydrate.
