The double caffiene has been reformulated and makes it much easier to ingest. The old one had too much texture and it was hard to ingest. The new product is much easier to digest and definitely provides a caffiene rush which has been shown to improve performance and heighten mental alertness. Only use one of these for the finale and do not use them throughout your racing/training session. Dispose of package properly after use.
