A great tasting product that is easy to use on the road. I use one or two every half hour depending on the intensity of the workout. After ingesting it is important to wash down with 8 ox of water to ensure proper digestion. Make sure you put the package back in your jersey pocket after you use the contents. Do not leave litter on the side of the road. Dispose of properly.
