It is always a good idea to run some sort of liver protectant with it. But as long as you don't run the d-bol past 6 weeks you should be fine. As long as the doses are moderate, no more then 40mg tops...you should be fine. If your worried about it, the liver protectant isn't a bad idea. Also it would depend on all the other gear you were taking with the DBol...lots of 17 Alkyls...take the protectant. Once you stop the dbol, liver values return to normal fairly quickly. It still wouldn't be a bad idea to take something for your liver though...it never hurts to be safe. The cycle isn't that bad on the liver but you could be the one guy that gets effected by it. It depends on the person...For me...I wouldn't. But don't do what I do, do what makes you comfortable. You could even use milk thistle if you just wanted to throw something in to make you feel better.
