Adam Michael Brewer

Adam Michael Brewer, wellness coach and mind/body group exercise specialist, has been personalizing conditioning programs for clients of all walks of life since 1990, including many of the sport & entertainment industries’ elite-athletes, actors, producers, musicians & artists. Adam’s approach to wellness is a holistic integration of strength training, core conditioning, interval training, yoga and spirituality. He serves as a Trainer/Expert/Contributor to Turner Broadcasting’s wellness brand called upwave, has graced the cover of Runner’s World, created a series of fitness tips for the Tennis Channel, has been in the pages of Men’s Fitness, and featured in numerous ads and commercials for companies such as adidas, Nike, New Balance, Champion and Gatorade.

Adam attended Emory University, where he achieved an NCAA National singles ranking of #17 and doubles ranking of #9 in tennis. In soccer, he was a four year starter, two-time National Soccer Championship participant, and three-time University Athletic Associations Athlete of the week. His senior year he received the Russell Bridges Award, given to the University’s Best All-Around Male Athlete.

Adams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and a Master’s in Sport Management from The Ohio State University.
