This Midwest native fell in love with yoga due to its unparalleled capacity to heal, integrate, and transform. The winds of Molly’s intuition blew her to Los Angeles to study yoga. She completed a teacher training in 2004 in Hatha yoga with an emphasis on Vinyasa at Exhale’s Center for Sacred Movement in Venice Beach. Studying under such celebrated teachers as Shiva Rea and Saul David Raye gave her a strong foundation for the art of teaching. Since then, she has taught countless yoga classes – from training celebrities to holding the space for groups of clients at psychological treatment centers.
Throughout the past decade of teaching yoga, coupled with some serious introspection, Molly has found her authentic voice. She offers a challenging yet nourishing approach to yoga. As a dancer with a lifetime of movement experience, she effortlessly breathes fluidity and creativity into her sequences, yet she takes care to ensure that alignment is maintained during the flow.
Molly teaches yoga privately on the Westside of Los Angeles, writes for various health and wellness publications, and works as a registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern in private practice in Beverly Hills.
